Project Summary
Water has multiple properties, and we conducted a simple experiment to demonstrate what water cohesion and adhesion are.
Passing water from one container to another, when both containers are separated by 1 foot, may sound imposible, but it can happen thanks to water’s hydrogen molecules which generate cohesion. Water has also strong adhesive properties, when passing through surfaces with positive or negative charges.
