Project Summary
Mad Scientist, JR Oros, along with his handy assistant, Charlie, and some guidance from Dr. Dad, make a mess on the kitchen counter while discovering whether or not oil and water can mix together. While rumors have been circulating that the two liquids would not combine, JR wanted to confirm or deny this idea once and for all.
