A big thank you to the parents of Ridge.

I want to say to the H.S.A. of Ridge elementary a big thank you for the maternity gift. I was touched by the generosity and thoughtfulness. It really is a privilege to work with such supportive and caring families. Ridge is a special place, hence why I was saddened to leave so abruptly and not say any official goodbyes before going on maternity leave. We are now in a very challenging time due to the current health crisis. I want to wish everyone a safe and healthy end of year. My thoughts and prayers are with all the families of Ridge. Again, my sincere thanks, from my family to yours.

LEAVING?  If you know that your child(ren) will not be attending Ridge next year (either moving, going private, etc.) please let the office know as soon as possible.  Thanks!

HSA Notices

Friends of Ridge Book Sale!

Need an activity to do with your kids while you are out of school?  PLEASE COLLECT YOUR BOOKS TO DONATE to the Friends of Ridge (FOR) Book Sale!  We will take any new or gently used books for the sale which is scheduled for the end of April.

Friends of Ridge (FOR) is completely separate from all other fundraising efforts at Ridge like the Gala, Ridgewear, Family Picnic, etc... FOR pays for the "fun" experiential events that supplement the curriculum provided by our tax dollars. FOR funded recent events like:

• Author visits:Jerry Pallotta (Who Would Win Series) on March 4th for Grades K-2
  Candace Fleming, the author of the One School, One Book Lowji Discovers America on March 11th for the entire school
  
• Circus Week for the whole school in February with a 4th grade show

School Supplies Ordering is OPEN for the 2020-2021 School Year. This year, orders are available EXCLUSIVELY online and will be sent HOME in August instead of delivered to the classroom.
