Remember to send Dr. Schoenlank a photo of your family reading our One School One Book together!

Please take a few minutes to read this letter from Dr. Schoenlank regarding the Bill Ward Fund, a fund unique to Ridge School.

MORNING HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE….Please remember that we are not allowed to let children into the building without this being completed.  As the weather gets cooler, it’s important that you fill this out before bringing your child to school.

HSA Announcements

Gifts for Ridge Admin & Special Teachers:

This year, gift-giving is going to be a little different; unfortunately, parents will not be able to drop off gifts for our fabulous specials' teachers and office staff. (Note, that class parents are organizing gifts for class teachers and aides.) So the HSA organized a way for parents to pool their resources and show their appreciation using an online gift-giving source called GiftCrowd. Recipients will be able to choose from around 150 different gift cards.

Deadline to contribute is December 20. Parents who would like to contribute, can visit this link: https://www.giftcrowd.com/#/event/Z4MgWpHGC7

WONKA WEEK

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Ridge Bar extravaganza with the One School One Book event of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.  What a fun experience for the kids from the Oompa Loompa Dance to reading as a family to the chocolate bars and Golden Tickets.  The HSA sold almost 1,500 bars and were able to give every Ridge child a bar even if they weren’t able to purchase.  All remaining bars that have not been picked up after this afternoon will be taken to Valley Hospital and donated to front line workers.

If you have received a golden ticket (Congratulations!), head to www.ridgehsa.org/winner to log your prize and upload a picture for the slideshow. Prizes must be redeemed by Tuesday, December 15.  Physical prizes will be available for redemption TODAY, December 15 from 3-4 PM on the Ridge patio.  Instructions for experiential prizes will be sent via e-mail. Thank you again for taking part in our Willy Wonka Bazaar!
